The staff at BSM are nurturing and caring individuals who enjoy being a part of your child's life during their most crucial time of development. All have training in first aid, CPR, and HIV. Continuing education is provided on a regular basis. BSM follows the State ratio regulation requirements.

Vanita Rodde is the owner and manager of Blue Skies Montessori Preschool. She has over 19 years of experience in the childcare field, working at many different levels throughout her career. This includes working with all ages of children, and families from different socio, economic, and religious backgrounds, as well as children with special needs. Vanita has had the opportunity to work closely with speech and language pathologists and physical therapists while developing goals for children. Vanita's training includes a Montessori Degree, Child Development Associate and AA degree, and she currently attends school part-time taking courses in psychology.
